A mortgage valuation is a property valuation for underwriting purposes only and may not result in a physical inspection of the property. The valuation fee is dependent on the property price

The costs for our mortgage valuations are detailed below. All mortgage valuation fees include an administration charge of £75. The fee must be paid on mortgage application and is non-refundable.
