As many UK charities continue to face various challenges, the Tipton & Coseley Building Society, are delighted to continue to help local Midlands based charities through its Charitable Foundation.

Since its conception in 1999, a panel of Tipton employees meets with members of the local community twice a year to allocate funds. The Foundation works with the aim of helping to raise educational standards, increase health provision and support the hospice movement.

For our first bi-annual donation of 2024, The Society donated £12,921 through its Charitable Foundation, spreading care and bringing hope for those people in need.

Grants given from this current donation will help the very good work of the following organisations:

Dementia UK;
Beacon Centre For The Blind;
Midland Freewheelers;
Acorn Children’s Hospice;
Omega;
Diabetes UK;
Sandwell Advocacy;
FoodCycle;
George Betts Primary School;
BUDS;
MD Support Centre; and
University Hospitals Birmingham Charity.
