High scores for customer satisfaction
Almost 99% of members (98.9%) are likely or very likely to recommend us to a friend, up from 98.3% on the last period, according to the results of our 2016 annual branch customer service survey.
99% of the 926 customers that responded also rated our service as excellent or very good - up from 98% in 2015.
We rely on member feedback as it allows us to monitor our customer service. The results confirm our high levels of customer service to our existing members and also sends out a strong signal to future ones that we have an unwavering commitment to excel in this area.
