Our Family Assist mortgages allow your clients to purchase a property with between 0% - 10% deposit. Additional security is required through either a security charge on a family members' property or depositing savings into an account with the Society. 

...enough deposit, but low income? 
Our Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP) criteria allows a family member to be party on the mortgage application to support affordability - even when they won't live in the property. 

...receiving gifted equity? 
Where your client is purchasing from a family member, who is gifting equity, we can accept applications up to 80% LTV (using the gifted equity as deposit).
