Originally, I was recommended to use T&C by Homebuyers Helpline (now merged with another company). Mortgaging a property can be an anxious time, but the whole process was smooth and professional. Since I have increased my borrowing, arranged through Craig, one of your Advisers, he has given an excellent, professional and speedy service through a very thorough process.
Unexpectedly, I have had an offer I could not refuse on my property even though it was not on the market. So now Craig is reviewing and helping the process of porting my mortgage to a new property I have had an offer accepted on. I am awaiting a decision on the application which again is being dealt with by a very pro-active Craig!
Laurence Spooner helped me when I applied for my original mortgage just after Covid - I have recently moved to a new property and for ease I moved my existing mortgage. He was outstanding from start to finish dealing with all issues with a jovial and supportive approach. He took the stress out of everything and helped by explaining what was required and what needed to be done. He is a superstar.

I was a new customer of The Tipton and was somewhat apprehensive of the service I might receive from an organisation I did not know. I need not have worried.
The bond was opened on the same day they received the application and I received confirmation the next day. There was a nice personal letter from the Society, including a phone number to contact in case of a problem.
However, everything was in order and I am delighted with the service I received. I have dealt with many banks and building societies over the years and yours sets the standard of service.
I am so pleased with the Tipton, personalised service, always prompt, super easy to use online/apps and a really competitive rate of interest. I can't recommend more highly.
